Colorado Springs Student Chapters

In January 2008 the US Air Force Academy Student Chapter was officially recognized and has become an active partner with us. We look forward to mentoring and providing technical assistance to this group of excited young men and women.

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs made an initial effort to from a student chapter in 2008 but was unable to sustain the necessary level of interest and has now gone inactive.

To get things started we would like to find a local project.

Be one of the first!

You can join EWB on the Engineers Without Borders website. We are currently looking for members that want to contribute at any level. There are officer positions open for people that want to take part in developing the Colorado Springs chapter. Professional members can take part in traveling to project locations and helping plan projects and fundraisers. If you are interested in supporting the organization but don’t have the time to volunteer, you can join as a supporting member. EWB chapters throughout the US have completed successful sustainable development programs around the world. Construction projects, water infrastructure, and electrical systems development projects have been completed in Thailand, Rwanda, India, and many other countries.

We appreciate your support. Please write or call if you have any questions. Registration and additional information can be obtained at www.ewb-usa.org .
